Shipping Policy

All orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days after confirmation. We deliver to your doorstep all over Pakistan. For more details, please contact customer service on the WhatsApp number.

Orders that are placed before 12:00 PM will be processed on the same day, whereas orders that are received after 12:00 PM will be processed the next day. Deliveries usually take 3–5 working days, and it shall be counted from the order processing date.

1. Except Sundays and public holidays
2. 250 is charged as the standard shipping rate.
3. All orders weighing 1-2 kg will be delivered all over Pakistan. For higher weights, nominal freight charges at actual shall apply to all orders outside Karachi.

ADVANCE PAYMENT REQUIREMENT

For orders to cities other than main cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad):

Advance payment of Rs. 500 is required

Remaining amount payable on delivery (Cash on Delivery)

For orders above Rs. 5,000 (all cities):

Advance payment of Rs. 500 is required

Remaining amount payable on delivery (Cash on Delivery)

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders once processed (dispatched) can’t be cancelled. In the event of the customer cancelling the order at the time of delivery and/or refusing to take delivery, an order cancellation charge of Rs. 250/- will be applied. This fee is fixed and non-refundable.

RETURNS POLICY

Since all products sold by us are brand new and manufacturer-packed, refunds/returns are not possible. However, in case of manufacturing defects, warranty claim may be placed with us.  For more information, kindly contact customer service.
