Return & Exchange Policy
At Lighters.pk, we’re committed to providing you with 100% brand-new products. We carefully check and pack every order to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition. We do not offer cash refunds. We only provide product exchanges if certain conditions are met. Please read this policy thoroughly before making a return request.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
When Can You Request an Exchange?
We only accept exchange requests under specific circumstances, and they must meet all the following criteria.
- If you receive a wrong item, such as a different product from what you have ordered.
- Your product arrives physically damaged.
- Or the package is missing essential parts or accessories.
If you meet that criteria, then you will be eligible for an exchange. To return your product, you should mail your product to [email protected]. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Once your return item is received and inspected, if the product meets the conditions for exchange, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the product will be replaced with the product of your choice (of equal or lesser value). If, for any reason, the customer does not like the product or wants to return or exchange it, then we will not return or replace the product, as we do not entertain change-of-mind reasons. So, please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Non-Eligible Products
Products marked as “Sale” or bought under clearance offers cannot be exchanged or returned.
Order Cancellation/Changes
Customers can cancel or modify their orders within 2 hours of placing them. After 2 hours, the order is confirmed, and we cannot cancel, modify, or hold it, and the order must be received as placed.
